As a result of management's efforts and faculty's dedication, last year PGC students participated in various educational & extra curricular events organized by various colleges in the region. Our students showed excellent performance and won many prizes. THe details of various events are as follows.

• Sachin,Vishal,Digvijay,Saurabh,Manisha (CSE 3Rd Year) and Himanshu,Parvinder (ME 2nd Year) participated in Choreography Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won second prize.
• Himanshu Tyagi of ME 4th Sem participated in Mimicry Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won second prize.
• Ameet Bedi, Manpreet,Akash,Manisha,Mala,Lipsa,Ravinder Pal,Navneet sharma (ECE 4th Year) participated in Skit Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won Third prize.
• Manisha Garg of CSE 3rd Year participated in Punjabi Solo Song Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won Third prize.
• Gaurav and Vijay of CSE 4th Year participated in Web Development Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won Third prize.
• Ruchika and Neha Khera of ECE 4th Year participated in Circuit Designing Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won Third prize.
• Parvinder of ME 2nd Year participated in Hasya Kavi Samelan Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won Third prize.
• Manpreet, Ruchika,Sneh,Lipsa,Ravinder Pal,Abhishek Sehgal,Ravinder,Nitin,Navneet,Pritwinder (ECE 4th Year) participated in Street Play Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won Second prize.
• Parvinder( ME 2nd Year), Girish and Gagan ( CSE 2nd Year ) participated in 20-20 Quiz Contest at T.I.E.T., Patiala & won First and Second prize.
• Deepanshu (ECE 2nd YR) participated in Debate Contest at H.E.C, Jagadhri & won first prize. Sneh and Gagnish presented their papers. Amanbir Singh (ECE-2ndYR) developed the software.
• Deepanshu (ECE-2ndYr.), Veenu (ECE-2nd Yr.) participated in paper reading contest at I.E.C. Bhaddal.
• College team Participated in TECH.FAIR at B.B.S.B. College of Engineering Fatehgarh Sahib.
• Students of P.C.E.T. participated in Paper Presentation, Rangoli, Face Painting & Collage Making Competition at S.S.I.E.T. Dera bassi and won many prizes.
• College Bhangra team won 1st prize in Annual I.S.T.E. Convention (Pb, Hr, J&K, Chd Section) held at S.B.S. College of Engineering Ferozpur. Our team also won prizes in Giddha & solo song competition.
• Participated in Cricket match at S.S.I.E.T Derabassi and in Football match at GNE Ludhiana

Various activities were also organized in the college campus. Blood Donation camp was organised. Polio drops were given to near -by village children by the students. Camps of NSS were also arranged in the college campus. The overall participation and performance during these camps was very good.
