Er. P.K. Dhawan (Chairman)
Er. P.K. Dhawan is the Chairman of Guru Nanak Dev Educational and Charitable Society and Punjab Group of Colleges managed by it, which include Punjab College of Engg. and Technology, Punjab Institute of Engg. and Applied Research and Punjab Polytechnic College located at Village Malakpur, Lalru Mandi . He did his B. Tech from Regional Engg. College, Kurukshetra. Besides having been a well known business man , he has established his name as an Educationist. Er. P.K. Dhawan has been one of the Key persons responsible for starting Haryana Engg. College at Jagadhari (Haryana), in 1997. In 2002, he established the Punjab College of Engg. & Technology, at Village Malakpur, Lalru Mandi ( Punjab). He also established Punjab Polytechnic College in 2004 (running two shifts) and Punjab Institute of Engg. and Applied Research in 2008. |

Er. Dhawan is a well known Social worker and respects all the religions. He is a very kind hearted man and considers all the employees of the Colleges as members of a family. He is a very forward looking person and has a progressive attitude. His aim is to impart quality education and focus on producing Engineers with hands-on-experience so that they can better be job providers rather than job seekers. |

Dr. V. P. Batra (Director)
Dr. V.P. Batra did his B.E in Electrical Engg. from Delhi university, and M.E and Ph.D, both, from university of Roorkee (now I.I.T Roorkee). He has worked in Regional Engg. College, (now N.I.T), Kurukshetra for nearly thirty years in various Capacities. He has about 50 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has guided a number of Ph.D, and M. Tech Thesis in addition to UG Projects and published a large number of papers in National and International Journals/Conference Proceedings. Dr. Batra has been a member of various Academic-Bodies of different universities. He has also been associated with UPSC for different jobs as Advisor for more than 10 years. Before joining the present organization as Director, he worked as Principal for 11 Years and established three Engg. Colleges. |

Dr. Jai Singh (Principal)
Dr. Jai Singh did his M. Sc and Ph.D, both, from university of Roorkee (now I.I.T, Roorkee), with specialization in Reliability and has teaching and research experience of about 31 years, out of which he has worked for 17 years in Regional Engg. College (now NIT), Kurukshetra. He has supervised 9 Ph.D Theses and 3 M. Tech Theses and has published 104 research papers in National and International journals/ conference proceedings. Dr. Jai Singh is Editor – in-chief of International Journal of Mathematics and Systems Sciences, and has worked as Referee of IEEE Transactions on Reliability ( USA), Microelectronics (U.K) and OPSEARCH ( India). |
